Most cities have inner city prime property occupied by dilapidated old housing and inefficient commercial chaos. We demonstrate the unlocking of this potential at Ziwani in Nairobi, covering approximately 40 acres of central prime land. The rejuvenation proposal provides for rehousing, commercial, institutional, hospitality and housing development, transforming the decay to a socially and commercially vibrant contemporary destination.

A lakefront property offering stunning views, is planned as an eco-friendly spa resort and vacation homes project. This hilly site is planned to house 61 houses and a resort style clubhouse. Space is earmarked for active and passive recreation. Roads borrow their identity from native flowering trees. Plots have mango trees and the recreation space is a man-made forest. Assimilating all the knowledge acquired for sustainable development, renewable resources and green technology we have designed buildings which evoke a sense of complete natural living.
