PWC, Dadar
Dhruva, Lower Parel
Rivalling the big 4, this fast growing tax advisory firm needed a functional work space that communicated their worth to clients and employees. We planned an exclusive client area and open work area with partner cabins at the periphery. The library cafe is a social hub for the young team. White is the base colour that allows accent colours and art to dominate. The managing partners’ considerable art collection has been used across the office to lend character to the bright and cheerful environment.
Show Flat, Nairobi
This 10 Acre residential development houses 368 apartments of 1800 sq.ft each. The low-rise design is organized around courtyards to maintain the scale to human proportion. A commercial structure at one end accommodates retail outlets, gymnasium, spa, food court, cafes and a rooftop pool. A kindergarten is tucked away, for the community children to remain within the secure perimeter of the development.
The Courtyards play the most important role in the design of the complex. Each courtyard serves the following functions:
- Open Spaces between buildings
- Screens offering privacy to opposite buildings
- Space for recreation of different age groups
- Most importantly, they serve to bring beauty and nature to the people living around them.
Each of the four central open spaces have been given a distinct identity. The four themes selected are Japanese, French, Mediterranean and Tropical. The layout, forms, material, feature elements and plantation, all have been selected to achieve the desired effect.
Residence at Prabhadevi
A full floor with extra height and fantastic views is designed in a classical style reflecting the clients’ passion for collecting antiques and art. The house is a statement of the owners’ personality and we have been faithful to this dictum with meticulous planning and exquisite detailing.
Residence at Versova
This is a contemporary design for a house on two levels with warmth and character. Its highlight is the unique double height over the dining space and a glass bridge connecting the staircase to the bedrooms. We have employed an eclectic approach mixing up industrial chic with classic elements to reflect the owners’ lifestyle perfectly.

India Value Fund, Santacruz
A challenging brief from a private equity fund required the workspace to be an interpretation and reflection of its philosophy. Strong values and holistic growth are cornerstones of this firm. We have used symbols, allusions and metaphors to communicate this intellectual concept through design and graphic elements. The result is dramatic and immensely satisfying, both for us and the clients.
